- Aged between 18 and 65 years
- Weighs at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
- In good general health (no flu, cold, infections)
- No donation in the last 56 days
- Passed the basic health screening

- Had a tattoo or piercing within the last 6 months
- Recent surgery or major illness
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Diagnosed with Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, or other blood-related diseases
